I've uploaded a new 40K file for Army Creator Mobile on 4shared. It is at a different link because I named the file based on the update date, so 4shared has a different site for it.

The update here includes the Black Templars. I'm planning to update the Dark Angels and the Witch Hunters soon and I'll post here when that is updated.
