I guess the only downside to using 4shared is that I cannot replace the file on there without it being a different link to the file. So I've uploaded with current changes per the comments:
-Eldar Spiritseers are all 6 points more
-Eldar Harlequins can add another subunit to give different weaponry
-Chaos Marine Sorcerers now have a different unit type for each mark (instead of different subunit types). This is to allow the Tzeentch Sorcerer to have two spells while the others have one spell.
In the future, I might wait a little longer to update bugs until I gather enough or when there is a major bug. I'm open to suggestions on this, but please keep reporting bugs as you find them.

September 40k File Update
I know it has been a while, but I finally have come out with an update. I completed some smaller fixes a couple of weeks back and decided to wait until the Sisters of Battle codex was completed before releasing. Here is the link for the new file:
http://www.4shared.com/document/4P1VLpdU/acm40k20110901.html
Below are the changes and additions in this file from the previous one:
1) Sisters of Battle WD update (Aug/Sept) has been added
2) Space Wolves - Wolf Lord, Rune Priest, Wolf Priest, Wolf Guard Battle Leader, Wolf Guard and Itron Priest added a separate entry for Bikes. This is to not allow Jump Packs to be purchased with Bikes.
3) Blood Angels - Lemartes is a separate selection under Troops (and not a part of the Death Company) and counts a 0 composition cost. This is to correct the double counting of points for a Jump Pack for Lemartes.
4) Imperial Guard - Fixed missing Heavy Flamer options for multiple units.
As previously requested, please comment or send me an email if you find any bugs in the data.

Reporting Data Errors
If you find any errors in the data file, please email me at kyler1912@gmail.com or post in the comments. I would like this to be a collaboration with the rest of the Army Creator Mobile community and will post edits to the file as needed.

40k Data File Complete...For Now
I have just finished the Dark Angels and have posted the file on 4shared at:
http://www.4shared.com/document/W-6R3IvK/acm40k20110612.html
**IMPORTANT NOTE**
You must update your version of Army Creator Mobile to version 1.0.13 (just released tonight). The developer has told me there was an array size limit issue that was reached when I added the Dark Angels that is fixed with this version. If you do not update, the app will crash when you select Start List after selecting your army.
Also note that the Witch Hunters will NOT be added to this file as it appears the Sisters of Battle will be getting a White Dwarf update in the next month or two. It takes a bit of work to get an army in and it just doesn't seem to make sense to add them only to have it change shortly afterward. If this timeline changes, I'll look into adding the current codex information to the file.
Please let me know if you find any errors and I can make updates.

Updated 40K File
I've uploaded a new 40K file for Army Creator Mobile on 4shared. It is at a different link because I named the file based on the update date, so 4shared has a different site for it.
http://www.4shared.com/document/XWg2PhiX/acm40k20110604.html
The update here includes the Black Templars. I'm planning to update the Dark Angels and the Witch Hunters soon and I'll post here when that is updated.
Please let me know if you find any errors in the file.

40k Data File Location
I posted a data file for the Android app Army Creator Mobile on 4shared.com. The link is below. The reason I choose 4shared is because it is free file hosting and there is a free Android app available that allows for easy downloading of the file to your phone so that you can move it to the correct folder. You can also download onto your computer and move the file via USB connection or open the link in your phone's browser and download there.
Please note that the file is currently missing Black Templars, Dark Angels and Witch Hunters. Hopefully this will be added in the next month or two to complete the main 40k library.
http://www.4shared.com/document/-uZU47w1/acm40k.html
You MUST start up Army Creator Mobile at least once before following these steps as the folder structure is created then. So the steps to use are below. Note you only need to do one of these methods. You do not need to do all 3.
Method 1 - Computer Transfer
1) Download the file to your computer
2) Connect your phone via USB.
3) Once connected, select the option in the notification bar to copy files to and from your phone.
4) Select the button "Turn on USB Storage"
5) Navigate to the phone on your computer and go to ArmyCreatorMobile/GameFiles
6) Copy the xml file into this folder.
7) Once you disconnect your phone, launch Army Creator Mobile and you should see the file in your game list.
Method 2 - 4shared App
1) Download the "4shared mobile" app from the Android Market. There are a couple of 4shared apps available, but this one is a separate interface for the phone that has a couple of extra features that make it easier to transfer. Some of the reviews say it force closes a lot, but I haven't had any issues with it on my Droid 1.
2) Open the app and search for "acm40k.xml".
3) Download the file.
4) Once completed, open the downloads page in 4shared (should be a link in the notification bar).
5) Do a long click on the file (press and hold) and select "Export"
6) Select the folder ArmyCreatorMobile, then do a long click (press and hold again) on GameFiles. Then select "Copy" or "Move".
7) Launch Army Creator Mobile and you should see the file in your game list.
Method 3 - Android Browser
1) Open the link above in the web browser.
2) Select the download link to download to your sdcard's Downloads folder.
3) Use a file explorer app (like Astro) to move the file to sdcard/ArmyCreatorMobile/GameFiles.
4) Launch Army Creator Mobile and you should see the file in your game list.
Please note that the file is currently missing Black Templars, Dark Angels and Witch Hunters. Hopefully this will be added in the next month or two to complete the main 40k library.
