Minor Updates

I guess the only downside to using 4shared is that I cannot replace the file on there without it being a different link to the file. So I've uploaded with current changes per the comments:

-Eldar Spiritseers are all 6 points more
-Eldar Harlequins can add another subunit to give different weaponry
-Chaos Marine Sorcerers now have a different unit type for each mark (instead of different subunit types). This is to allow the Tzeentch Sorcerer to have two spells while the others have one spell.

In the future, I might wait a little longer to update bugs until I gather enough or when there is a major bug. I'm open to suggestions on this, but please keep reporting bugs as you find them.

  1. Eldar farseer plus warlocks should just count as one HQ choice. Not a huge bug as the program will continue to let you add HQ units but technically you should be able to add a sub-unit of warlocks to the farseer.

  3. It has also been reported to me that Land Speeder Typhoon and Tornado entries do not have the original Heavy Bolter/Heavy Flamer option along with the upgraded weapon.

    I will add this and others that were reported above in the next update. Please report any other issues you are seeing.

  5. So, can this not be used on a mobile device? Every time that I try to dwnld is says error.

    1. It can be used on a mobile device. Are you using the 4shared app from the android market? I just tested that and it is still working for me.

      If you use your mobile browser and navigate to the file site, it may not work.

  6. I'm using the 4shared mobile app to get to the file, and I can't figure out how. I tried searching the file name, and your 4shared username and neither worked.

    1. I know the app is finicky, so I would make sure that you use the full name and the exact naming (acm40k20111112.xml). Let me know if that is still not working, but if it isn't I'd suggest using the USB transfer via a computer if possible.

  7. Harlequins still have a problem in that although you may now add a Harlequin subunit, you are limited to 3 subunits, so you can't have a Troupe Master, Shadowseer, Death Jester and Harlequin subunit.

    Tau Pathfinder Shas'ui are just 10pts rather than +10pts (so overall they should cost 22pts), so adding one actually decreases the cost of the unit by 2pts rather than increasing it by 10pts.

    Kroot Hounds apparently have Kroot Guns.

    Unholy Might for Chaos Daemons Bloodthirsters costs 20pts, the file has it set at 15pts.

    As mentioned, Thunderwolf Cavalry can't take melta bombs.

    I'm not certain on Space Marine Servitors, but the first in the unit costs 10pts whereas any others added as a subunit cost 15pts, I don't know if it's meant to be like that or not off the top of my head but I thought I'd bring it up anyway.

    A Tyranid Tervigon becomes a troops choice when you have a brood of Hormagaunts, but it's meant to become one when you have a brood of Termagants.

    1. Thanks for commenting with changes that are needed. This will only get better as more people report issues. I think there is now enough on here to do an update (and the fact it has been 6 months since the last one). I was going to wait for a new Codex, but it's unclear if one will be out before 6th edition.

      A couple of notes on your comments:

      -Harlequins do allow for all four types, it's just that you cannot have 2+ subunits of harlequins to have different weaponry. I'll change the cap on number of subunits to 10 so there shouldn't be future issues with it.

      -Agree on behavior of all your other comments within the app/file. I need to double check the codexes when I get home

    2. I'm about to post the new file, but wanted to point out that for the Servitors, the codex says that it is 10 points for the unit (which consists of 1 model), but you can add up to 4 additional servitors at 15pts per model. So that is correct. Everything else I confirmed.

  8. Eldar warlocks need wave serpant transport options and the psychic powers should be one per model instead of the whole unit
